Cut off time at 12PM on a working day for it to be processed on the same day. Orders made after 12PM or when we are closed will be processed the next working day.

Wrong Delivery Address
Any failure for delivery due to wrong personal information provided will result in a re-delivery charge if the item has been returned to us.
GST, Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Shipping Insurance
All packages will be shipped uninsured and our liability ends upon acceptance of the package by the post office or courier service. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
